This Houseboat consists of an upper and lower deck. It is suited for corporate groups, family holidays, special occasions and functions. It accommodates up to 24 guests luxuriously. She is approximately four hundred square meters in size, and weighs 130 tons!! Naval architect designed to South African Maritime specs, this world-class venue, combined with the experience of being surrounded by sea and bird life, is totally unique.

DESCRIPTION:
LOWER DECK: ACCOMMODATES A MAXIMUM OF 14 PEOPLE
- Spacious lounge with fireplace and sound system. The lounge leads out onto the large, wind-free foredeck, equipped with tables and chairs making this the ideal spot for dining with a view.
- State of the art, fully equipped kitchen with large gas stove, oven and fridge. Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact all you need to bring is your food and drink.
- Five spacious bedrooms each with queen size beds, which can be split into two single beds depending on your sleeping preferences.
- The Sixth Bedroom is equipped with two comfortable bunk beds (4 Sleeper). Although the "bunk" room is not as luxurious as the other rooms, the per person rate remains the same and it all equals out!
- Three full bathrooms – flush toilets, large pentagonal showers and basins.
- Foredeck – large wind free area leading off the lounge offering guests a unique dining area with spectacular views and shaded outside seating.
- Spacious 45 square meter floating platform, leading off the foredeck area, offering barbeque facilities, sun-bathing and swimming.
UPPER DECK: ACCOMMODATES A MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE
- The upper deck can be accessed from either the aft- or fore-deck via staircases on either side respectively.
- The spacious lounge offers spectacular wrap-around views and has plenty of space for luxury laid back relaxing as well as a bar-counter area.
- Two Bedrooms, each with queen size beds, which can be split into two single beds depending on your sleeping preferences.
- The third bedroom is smaller and has a comfortable double bed which cannot be split into two singles.
- Two comfortable double sleeper couches in the lounge area.
- A large deck for lounging and sunbathing.
- Full Bathroom - flush toilet, large pentagonal shower and basin.
ACTIVITIES:
Situated in the West Coast National Park at Kraalbaai , one hundred kilometers north of Cape Town , this idyllic safe calm anchorage affords visitors a unique, unforgettable experience. Fishing, swimming, skiing, tubing, walking, hiking, bird-watching, beach fun or simply relaxing on board are only a few of the local activities available.
CONFERENCE FACILITIES :
Maximum of 24 people, fully catered or self catering. Ideal for small groups and directors. Meetings are held in the spacious upstairs lounge area where all necessary equipment is set up. Numerous large companies/corporations have become regulars. For quotations, discussions and references please phone our office.

R650.00 per person per night for first 16 people
R450.00 per person per night from the 17th guest up to a maximum of 24
Minimum of 12 people required = R7 800.00 per night
One-night reservations on request ( weekdays only):
(Weekday rates includes R150 single night supplement, per person per night.)

R600.00 per person per night from 17th guests up to a maximum of 24
Minimum of 12 people required = R9 600.00 per night
Day Visitors ( 9am to 5pm ) = R150.00 each

The rate ranges from R1 050.00 to R1 350.00 per person per day including Dinner, Bed, Breakfast, Lunch, two Teas and Pre-Dinner Snacks.
(Rate is dependant on the number of guests and the duration of their stay.)
HOUSEBOAT CONFIGURATION:
The boat consists of 8 double bedrooms, 5 on the lower deck plus a 'bunk' room with 4 single beds and 3 on the upper deck. There are 3 bathrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs. There is one fully equipped kitchen and lounge downstairs and one kitchen upstairs as well. We have two comfortable double sleeper couches in the lounge area of the upper deck. Reservations made for a minimum of 11 guests upwards have access to the interior facilities on the upper deck.
Reservations of 10 guests, if sharing rooms, will have exclusive use of the NIRVANA and have access to the sunbathing, upper deck area but not to the upper deck interior facilities.
Arrival time: anytime from 15H30
Departure time: anytime before 11H30
Gate Hours: 7 am – 7 pm (September to March)
7 am – 6 pm (April to August)
Daily Fee: Guests, if not "Wild Card" holders, will be required to pay the West Coast National Park conservation fee of R26.00 per person per day (SA citizens or residents) at the gate, on entering the park.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Our crew will be on call to assist with transport from the jetty to the houseboat, at all reasonable times and live ashore to ensure your privacy and enjoyment.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance of payment is required three weeks prior to your arrival date
